All of our garments are designed and custom made from scratch, so we endeavor to dispatch all items within 2/3 weeks of the order being received, however during busy periods it may take up to 3/4 weeks.
All our garments are posted through the Royal Mail signed for delivery service.
All our delivery charges are listed below:
We have high standards when it comes to the quality of our products and packaging of your order. We do not refund or exchange goods as each piece is customized and made to measure or order.
If you are not happy with your garment please contact us so that we can do our best to make it right for you.
We strongly recommend you to check your size using our size guide and fully read the products description.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about any of the garment details, before placing your order and purchasing.
If you are returning a garment for amendments do ensure you contact us.
You are responsible for delivery charges when returning items for amendments.
As a goodwill we will deliver re-amended garment free of charge, 2nd class signed for delivery only.
